Cap Embroidery
- We embroider on finished caps.
- In most cases a design that has been digitized for
flat goods (shirts, jackets, towel, etc.) can be embroidered successfully
on finished caps.
- One problem that occurs with cap embroidery is size.
We are limited by the cap drive assembly to a logo height of 2 1/8".
Often when a logo is reduced to this height some of the details in the
logo become very small and don't embroider very well.
- Another problem occurs when a logo has a lot of outlining
and detail. This is usually stitched at the end of the logo and due
to the "roundness" of the garment and much jogging around
with the embroidery process the registration becomes off. This outlining
does not always lay down in the correct place.
- We'll advise you on the feasibility of embroidering
your logo on a cap.
- When you see really sharp looking caps with big embroidery
all over the cap, the embroidery was probably done before the cap was
manufactured. We have several companies to work with on doing this type
of project.
- You can mix different cap styles and colors to get
the quantity discount on your embroidery. We don't mix flat good with
caps for the quantity discount.
- We can embroider on the backs and temples of caps.
